Came up with this one for lunch today. The end result was quite tasty, I'm definitely going to start using this as my default salmon marinade. It would probably also go well with other fish, I just really like the meatiness of salmon.

I'm not going to lie, I'm addicted to marinades. I make them constantly but I never remember to measure anything and take notes so I can share them with people. This is a new one I just came up with yesterday and have already used twice, and for once I remembered to measure out most of the ingredients as I added them.
